SupportFlow AI ("the Service") is operated by Kui Moffitt, sole trader (ABN registered in Australia) ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Who can use the Service
You must be at least 18 years of age. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
2. What the Service does
SupportFlow AI helps NDIS support workers, recovery coaches, allied health professionals, and disability service providers capture documentation (progress notes, incident reports, shift summaries) and rewrite it into objective, NDIS-compliant prose using AI.
3. Account and accuracy
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You must not: (a) use the Service unlawfully; (b) commit fraud, send spam, or impersonate others; (c) infringe intellectual property rights; (d) probe, scan, or interfere with the security of the Service; (e) introduce malware; (f) scrape or republish content without permission.
5. AI features — your responsibility
The Service uses generative AI to rewrite text you provide. You acknowledge that:
- You are responsible for the content of any text or audio you submit and for verifying the accuracy of any AI output before relying on, sharing, or recording it.
- AI outputs may contain errors, omissions, or unintended phrasing. They are not a substitute for clinical judgement, professional advice, or regulated reporting requirements.
- You must not submit content you do not have the right to use, including identifying information about participants without the appropriate legal basis under Australian privacy law.
- You must not use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, hateful, deceptive, or rights-infringing content, or to attempt to jailbreak the underlying models.
- We reserve the right to filter, refuse, or remove outputs and to suspend accounts that repeatedly violate these rules.
6. Intellectual property
We retain ownership of the Service, including all software, documentation, and branding. You retain ownership of the content you submit; you grant us a limited licence to process that content for the sole purpose of providing the Service.
7. Payments, billing, refunds & cancellations
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms, in addition to our Refund Policy.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current paid period.
8. Service levels and warranties
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suited to any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-excludable rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated policy violations.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. We do not exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not permit exclusion.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. You agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state or territory in which Kui Moffitt is resident.
