How to request a refund

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all our sales.

To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net, enter the email used at checkout, and follow the prompts; or
  2. Contact our support team via the email associated with your account.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Free trials

All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. If you cancel during the trial you will not be charged.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings → Billing page in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and you retain access until then.
